Another Abs Help Question...Im almost there!

Hello I wonder if anyone can help with this... I have been training hard for a long time now and have got into pretty good shape (for me). Anyway my abs have now gotten to a stage where I cannot seem to improve on them. And when I say improve I mean look better than what they do right now. I have a small thin layer of fat covering my abs which only builds to my waste below my belly button. When I tense my abs they do come through and look good, however, I really what the ripped look without having to tense. My diet is solid, I do plenty of cardio, train the whole body, and do several different ab exercises regurlarly. Is there something I am missing? How do you get to that totally ripped look, as in getting my body fat % from 8-9 to 5-7?

Getting cut, ripped, and shredded are all ways to describe getting rid of excess fat. So, if you are trying to get ripped abs you are going to need to start concentrating on getting your body fat % down and less time working them out. Working out your abs all day is not going to get rid of the fat around your abs. Having a good diet and doing good cardio will.

Keep at it, lower stomach is one of the last places the body goes to burn fat.
