Yes, I know I am a video whore. Here is another high rep session, bought 20 more lbs of weight so now I have 325. Still light so I did 13 reps. Sorry the cam cuts off the top view of me but you get the point. Heavier weight, better form, doesn't get better than that. 325x13 deads

looks pretty good, may want to invest in some more weights though, walmart (maybe it was just my store) was selling 45lbs plates like $20 each or there is always cheap stuff on craigslist...and i like the church socks haha

ha thanks, yea the socks didn't help at all case in point:  45's for 20 bucks though? That's insanely cheap compared to what I've seen.

lol, it looks like the socks did not do their job. Yeah they were so cheap, i dont know if it was just an in store sale or what but i bought a few to add to my collection for days i cant make it to the school gym :)

Nice. Bar close to shins, rhythmic motion, no arching. Impressive grip strength too just to be able to not give out on you with that much weight!

awsome dude. towards the end you can tell it was takin a toll on ya. looked like you were gonna puke! i thought it was funny when your green towel got stuck in between the plates. Much respect!

haha that thing pisses me off, its a real thin sheet of rubber I found in my basement and I was hoping it would suppress some of the sound but it doesn't do anything except stick to the plates. I need to invest in some good rubber matting. This is it for the high rep deads for a while, I wanna pull heavy, this endurance bizz is gonna gimme a heart attack.
