Ankle problems...
-
Saturday, June 10, 2006 1:18 PM
Ever since I started lifting my back healed up, I suffered from siadica for the past year and now my lower back/ leg has been pain free, except for my ankle. The nerve problem shot right down the back of my leg and all away around my ankle. Now every step I take makes my ankle "crack" (like the noise from cracking your knuckles) and there is still shooting pain in my ankle, no were else. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Now every step I take makes my ankle "crack" (like the noise from cracking your knuckles) and there is still shooting pain in my ankle, no were else. Does anyone else have the same problem? I had a similar problem and I didn't know why either... I went to the Dr and found out that I have really screwed up feet, really flat... and my one foot has a falling arch causing my foot to roll in pulling on all the tendons of my ankle. The solution... custom molds (Orthodix) for my feet that I put in my shoes. Basically compensates for all the imbalances I have... if unchecked, could have given me severe back and hip problems down the road, as well as ankle.... Highly recomended, check with your Doctor...
