 Animal Pak Question

Animal Pak Question - Wednesday, June 18, 2008 1:34 PM
Hey I recently bought animal pack and am wondering if I should remain to take my BCAA ON supplment?  If I continue to take it when should I take it?  Also when should I take Animal Pak?  Like my how I did with my regular MV (dinner)?  Or should I take it in the morning?

I take mine in the morning just after breakfast.Im not sure about the BCAA supplement.

x2 , you can also take them inbeetween meals, there is no reason to stop taking your bccas just becaue your on animal pak. You can take animal pak anytime during the day it really doesnt matter...

I take it with my last meal before my workout. 
19 - 5'7
August 6th - 176 lbs 12% BF
June 1st - Bulk for 4-6 months! :)

ON 100% Casein
Food!? :p
