Ive been taking animal pak for a while now, and i love it, but ive always wondered if the daily values for some of the ingredients could be bad for you. It has you taking 50X the daily amount of thiamin, i just think thats a little insane. Here are some of the outragous ones:

Thiamin (thiamin HCL): 5067%
Riboflavin: 4471%
Vitamin B6: 3600%
Vitamin E: 1000%
Vitamin C: 1667%

Age: 18
Weight: 255lbs
Bench: 295lbs
Squat: 425lbs
P. Clean: 255lbs
B.F. %: 19%
