hi, im going to start cutting soon, and what i really want to focus on is my mid section. whats your guys opinons about Anabolic Xtreme Stimulant X or Animal Cuts... iv heard great things from both. what would you guys recomend? and i will be lifting the same, 5 out of 7 days, ima just reduce my calorie intake and do more cardio. also, i was at gnc and i seen abdominal cuts, anyone hear of it or anything from it? thanks!

There is no such thing as spot fat reduction. Both of these supplements you mention are awesome, I felt that Animal Cuts was stronger while StimX gave me more energy. Dont only reduce calories, reduce carbs and fats and increase protein.

ok thanks LoneWolf..so heres what i decided to take on my upcoming stak for cutting.. Animal Pak Animal Cuts Animal Nitro Animal Pump (i get hook ups on Animal, great products too lol) but yah..what do you guys think about that stak? and this would be my first time cutting so i need advice.. im currently doing this workout: Saterday Biceps/Back Sunday Triceps/Chest Monday Legs/calves Tuesdays =off Wensday Biceps/Back/shoulders Thursday Triceps/Chest Fridays=off +abs everyday now i know im going to need to ad cardio into this mix, im going to throw it into monday fershure, but i dont know how to incorporate into the other days..im going to lift with the same intensity, same reps and what not, but should i do cardio before and after, or after or just before? and im going to need help with my diet, what foods should i stock up on? and what protien should i get? i realize my protien needs to be high like always, would ON 100% Whey be alright? THANKS GUYS!
