I've been doing Animal Pak Pump for a while but I prefer No-Xplode, that stuff gets me jacked.
Going to hit epistane soon.

It is a multi and decent multi will give you the same results. I like it, but I much prefer optimen these days, I think it is much easier and I like that it is three a day.

I've taken animal Pak before and besides the insane amount of pills (11 or 13 I believe) I actually felt much more energetic throughout my day. I was also eating a better diet which could have been a huge factor but I just started taking it again. I'll post what I think after I take this time.

Universal makes some of the best products out there. I have tried animal pak, pump, and cuts. Im going to try the m-stack next. I got exactly what they said I would get out of each pak. I would definatley recommend these to anyone.
Sometimes you just gotta go out there and get it done, You know.. Give Er

G-swole, I have been using animal paks for about three months. Its a good product if you can swallow it. Pay no attention to the neon pee! I have added thier Flex pak daily also. Doing heavy weights has taken its toll on my old joints. I need all the help I can get. I do get alot of comments at work with all the "Drugs" on my desk every day. Its a good base for your bodies Nutrition.

Swole, I would recommend sticking to a generic brand vitamin unless your in contest prep or in season for a sport. Animal Pak is the highest quality vitamin out there, but you'll be fine with a regular multi.

I used Animal Pak for the first time, just recently finished it all up. Although for a while I'm gonna switch to GNC Mega Men twice a day instead of the Animal Pak, it's cheaper as well and pretty much has the same things in it but halved (so 2 pills instead of 11). I'm very content with GNC but if I could afford Animal Pak I'd prefer it.
