All of the programs I ever tried from animal worked awesome. I did one similar to this for about 8 weeks a while back. Looks good though.

I post on the animal pak forum, full of elite powerlifters, bodybuilders, and strength coaches. Guys really know their s*** on there. The main page have a few lifting programs, like 5 or 6 splits, you might want to check that out. I'm not into supplements, but I do take animal paks, until I run out, then I take a centrum vitamin, then switch back to animal paks.
