Animal Pak "Complete Animal" Lifting Program - Tuesday, July 21, 2009 9:08 PM ( #1 )
Came across this cool 4 day split workout program.  Link: http://www.bodybuilding...un/animalpak20.htm

It's high intensity and of moderate difficulty but I think I'm going for it.  Just thought it was post worthy.  Post if your thoughts, questions, or comments I guess.

All of the programs I ever tried from animal worked awesome. I did one similar to this for about 8 weeks a while back.

Looks good though.

I post on the animal pak forum, full of elite powerlifters, bodybuilders, and strength coaches. Guys really know their s*** on there.

The main page have a few lifting programs, like 5 or 6 splits, you might want to check that out. I'm not into supplements, but I do take animal paks, until I run out, then I take a centrum vitamin, then switch back to animal paks.
