Animal M-Stack review
-
Monday, February 07, 2005 11:11 AM
Hello all, About 4 weeks ago I was searching the web for information on Universal M-Stack. I discovered this site and have been a daily lurker ever since. I just finished the 21-day cycle of M-Stack and I wanted to provide some feedback for anyone looking for info. Basic training and additional supplements info: 1. Was on a 4-2, 2-1, 2-1, 4-2 training schedule 2. 5-6 small meals a day 3. Daily GNC Multi-vitamin 4. Whey Protein Negative Side Effects: Only 1 negative side effect. I couldn't sleep for the first 5 days. After a ton of research I found that the metabolic energy complex pill was a bit too much for me. It contains caffeine like ingredients that were keeping me up. I called Universal and found out each pack includes 3 gel capsules (the ones that look like little plastic tubes). There is an off-white, a light brown or tan one, and a dark brown. The enemy is the Dark Brown Gel pill. That is the capsule that contains the Guarnana, Bitter Orange, and Cordyceps. The Universal guy said it is perfectly fine to remove that pill and in fact it is one of their most FAQ. After removing that pill I went back to sleeping like a baby. I did notice a slight decrease in energy from the previous 5 days. 1st impressions: Holy crap I felt like an ANIMAL. I couldn't get enough. I had sooo much energy. I had concentrated pumps that felt great. Even on my fourth day without sleep I would take my Pack 30-45 before my workout and feel like a beast again. I really think it was the metabolic energy complex that was giving me this energy. I don't drink or eat any caffeine so I think this pill had a profound effect. Of course after removing this pill... my energy returned to normal and the pumps weren't as extreme. Mid-End cycle impression: Energy levels returned to around normal. My body became very hard though. I was pretty tight around my body. My Girlfriend even noticed that I was hard to the touch. I did notice that my veins were visible out of the gym. I'm pretty lean so my veins typically bulge while lifting and then become less visible out of the gym... so it was nice to have the vein look. My strength definitely increased. Nothing record breaking ... but noticeable. Over all gains: Weight: 179lbs - 183 lbs Bench: 1 rep: from 245 to 260 Squats: 8 reps: from 245 to 295 Body Fat: 10% no change It wasn't a totally bad investment. I took myself off of creatine during this cycle to help with the analysis. I may do another cycle this summer. Going to give my body a couple of weeks off of supplements then try either No-Xplode or V12 Turbo. Hope this helps someone out there. Rider

Hi Rider, I have just taken my first pack just before I go to the gym, I did a quick search on google to see if there were any logs of peoples experiance with this product and found your post. Nice to see that it made some change to your performance, not so good about the caffeine problem though. Luckly for me I have a high tolerance to caffeine, basically I can drink coffee all day or energy drinks like Red Bull etc and sleep at night no problem, so I am hoping that is a side effect I don't experiance. Do you still take it and what was your overall experiance, I will let you know how I get on at the end of the 21 days.

well im gald to hear rider has had success with animal m-stack because i have been wanting to try this product for quite some time now. And today i went out and purchased it for the first time and i am very excited to see what results may come from it. i will keep you posted on my experience with animal m-stack. p.s. rider, i have been taking NO-Expode for a little over two years now and it is by far my favorite supplement i have tried yet. i have got my lifting partners taking it now also and they feel the same about the product. i highly recomend it. i am only a senior in high school and i am 160 lbs. but NO-Explode has lead me to a bench 1-rep max of 290, and a squat of 250 for 12reps. i would definatley give it a try.

Hi bfox280, I've stopped taking the product after 11 packs, after the first week I noticed some undesirable side effects which turn out to be some of the more severe side effects that fortinuatly not everyone experiances; I had stange feeling of anxiety and nausea but tried to push through it, after the 11 day and the stange sickly feeling in the morning of the 12th day became too much that I decided to stop taking the product and look for something else, perhaps SyntraEC or No-Xplode but eitherway I would recommend that people wanting to use this product look carefully into the more severe side effects because they aren't pleasent. Good luck with your training, I would be interested to hear how you get on with this product.

Geekmachine, I am sorry to hear this product did not work out for you. I am currently a week into this product and i have definatley noticed some changes. My muscles are becoming fuller, harder, and i am showing a lot more defitnition. But as far as strength gains are concerned i have not seen very much at all. But i am only a week into it and hope that the strength will increase shortly. I will keep you posted.

Hey all, Im pretty new to the sight. Im 18 years old and have been working out since I was about 12. Just recently I got back into lifting heavy and so far my results are alright. I have been doing some research on different supplements and ran across M Stack. I was wonderin if anyone has tried mixing M Stack and NO Xplode together?

Hello, I just finished one cycle of m-stack. I can say it has worked out well for me, once I made good strength progress in all my excercises. My bench press went from 110 lbs to 150 lbs, squats from 90 lbs to 180 lbs (yes, double). I had a problem in my lower back so I did not charged too much my death lifth so it doesn´t count in the analysis. All minor excersices also showed progress, but I mainly count the compound ones. Military press (with machine) went from 90 pounds up to 130 lbs, for example). My diet was from 3,250 to 3500 cal. I am 30, and started my bodyweight with 88.5 kg and 18.8% bodyfat. Now I weithg 91 kg and 20% body fat. I only did cardio twice a week so I could not blame it for not bulking up. So, from an strict lean mass increase standpoint of view, it was not an awesome gain. But decent, maybe. An special note for that about the increased energy: it is real. But I did not feel the same energy level during the whole cycle: It was at the highest during the first week and then it decreased gradually. My guess is that it comes from two factors: the body gets a little bit used to the energy complex, and the body at the end of the cycle is just too tired for all the stress that receives from training so hard. Again, with the next load, you have enough energy to go back to the gym and do your workout, but in my case, even with that energy to increase the weights, I can tell I was tired. Strange feeling. During the cycle, maybe more during the first week, I could notice some, very little prone to irrascibility, but nothing that could give problems at my work or social relationships with friends. I had some troublems to sleep, so in my non working-out days I did not take the energy pill. Finally, I think this product should receive a high grade, maybe 9 over 10, because we know it is all natural and we can not expect gains as with anabolic steroids, which is still something that I do not think to try.

I recently started using Animal M Stack. I take out the caffeine pill unless I feel I need the buzz. I think it's making a difference, adding some size. To those folks on NO-Explode...that stuff completely fails to impress me. I use V12, and it's great. I'm using it with the Animal Stack and I haven't noticed any problems, but I get pretty pumped. I am 6'1", 218, with arms pushing 18". I use Iso Extreme protein from Max Muscle before and after I lift, Big Max 50 in the morning and afternoon, and lots of eggs and tuna. I also surf and mountain bike, which pretty much covers the cardio and helps me stay lean. Just adding my two cents here....cheers.

Ok Guys... I just finished 2 cycles of Animal's M-stack and here are my results. First let me give some background to put this into perspective. I am 23 years old, I had never worked out before. I played soccer for upwards of 8 hours a day from age 5 through 19 so I was a lean kid to begin with. Not much fat, 6' 1" and 160 pounds since the 11th grade. I was stright up and down with no size or definition. Went through 4 years of partying moderately in college and never decided to workout or exercise... not once. Now that I am out of college, I started a full time job and was able to get into a groove/schedule. I found an interest in weighlifting through a friend and decided to give it a try. I got the Animal M-Stack and Nutrex Vitrix Test Booster at the recommendation of a friend. Keep in mind I have NEVER worked out before this other than sports. I would take 1 pack of the M-stack and 4 Vitrix a 1/2 hour before workout religously. I pushed myself to the absolute limit every day for 21 days straight (as recommended on the bottle). I mean I would come out of the gym with sweat poring off of me every day. I was soaked to the shorts and socks I mean I crushed myself every day. I would play 5 games of bball 1on1 vs my friend as hard as I could play. Immediately after I would then hit the weight room. I was afraid of the red pill in m-stack at first (the energy complex) due to some reviews but I said F it, I'll man up. I didnt really have any side effects at all to be honest, I slept and ate fine but had a minor stomache ache here or there. I would say within 3 days I was feeling the full force of M-stack. I craved the weight room and had incredible pumps each day. I could have possible pushed myself too hard at time with 24 hour rest periods (sometimes less). I would follow each workout up with ADS lean mass builder also religiously. Day 14 I was just dead tired. I noticed just muscle weakness, I felt like I got hit by a truck one night after a hard 2 hour workout. So I took the next day off (one of the few days I didnt work out). The next day after, I was back to 100% and continued a full 21 day cycle. I felt great afterwards and wanted more to be honest. I waited the recommended week off and ran another can of M-stack. During the second 21 day cycle I changed my setup a little bit. I would take a day off here and there more often than the first cycle (I wanted to try and make larger gains instead of just shredding muscle like the first cycle). I also incorporated MuscleTechs naNO vapor preworkout drink into the second cycle. Below are my results (truthfully). Here are my physical results Animal M-Stack Pack and 4 Nutrex Vitrix 1/2 hour before workout, ADS Lean Mass Builder Intense All body part workout/bball April 14-May 4 162 lbs 172 lbs May 5-22 Off (cardio, bball, moderate lifting) 171 lbs Animal M-Stack Pack and 4 Nutrex Vitrix, Muscletech naNO Vapor, ADS Lean Mass Builder Intense All body part workout/bball May 23-June 7 174 lbs 182 lbs I didnt measure biceps chest or anything else, I dont care about that. I am going to keep bustin ass until I'm as big as my desired goal is (about 190lbs and cut). I am pleased with animal m-stack and the other producs I used. M-stack was the foundation of the other products though. I believe this product is meant to be used such as the way i did, STACKED with other great, safe, natural products. I'm taking a week off and relaxing (maybe do some cardio) and then I am going to decide where to go next. I will definitely consider Animal Products. What do you think?
