15 years old 145 lbs hieght 5'9 bf% 5 goal is to get bigger biceps-triceps-traps-forarms If you go to CRITIQUE MY PHYSIQUE and go to ANDYS NEW PICS you can see what equipment i have to workout with. Sept 28 is my Bday and i already know what im getting whitch is bench press - 35 lb DB - more wieght for my curl bar - and a dip stand. So then i will have some real good equipment but for now i got to do with what i got. If you know of any other good equipment i should get tell me about it. Right now this is my routine SATURDAY- shoulders-biceps-triceps curl ~ 5x3 military press ~ 8x3 1 arm extensions ~ 10x3 1 arm concentration curls ~ 5x3 pull down bar ~ 4x3 pull ups ~ 7x2 flat machine benching ~ 5x3 SUNDAY-nothin well fingers lol i play PS 2 this day MONDAY- abs-chest hanging upside down with a 10 lb wieght doing crouchs ~ 5x3 butter flys ~ 5x3 decline crouchs-20x2 dips ~ 20x2 then i repeat it TUESDAY- traps-forarms DB shrugs ~ 10x3 wrist curls ~ 10x3 up row ~ 5x3 reverse barbell curl ~ 5x3 then i repeat it WEDNESDAY- break THURSDAY- little of everything 1 arm concentration curls ~ 7x3 1 arm extensions ~ 10x2 slow pull ups ~ 5x2 military press ~ 8x2 hanging upside down crouchs wieghted ~ 10x2 curling ~ 8x3 bar pull downs ~ 5x2 decline crunch ~ 10x3 FRIDAY- break suplements i take are- protien drink-multi vitamin some times on break day i go for a 2 mile run on the treadmill
