Yesterday 1/5/08....I did legs from not doing them last time Front squats- 105 4x7 Lounges with dbs- 30s 3x8 Calf raises- single 4x10-15 Sit wall for as long as I could soon my cable machine will be fixed so I will be able to do leg extensions and ham curls.

1/7/08... Pullups warmup- 2 sets Wide grip pull downs- 15,12,9 Narrow grip pulls- 12,10,8 Shrugs- 3x15 Single arm rows- 2x10 Didnt workout hard little bit sick and I overtrained my calfs last time I did leg day. So now my left calf is so sore I have difficulties walking
