I'm going to do 165 squats 165 deads and 155 bench today. 5x5 on all of them we'll see how it goes

alright got all of the #'s I was trying for though I went for the 120 for bench on wednesday and got it so tried 125 friday and only got 4 reps. so new 5 rep maxes are:
Bench: 120   
Squat: 150
Deadlift: 175
got squats and deadlifts easy enough so likely another 5 on both of those next week maybe bench to but not sure.

had the worst weekend ever got pissed friday was sick a few times stayed at my m8s and ate crap all day sat and sunday tomorrow i begin training like a mofo to make up for it.

i may post some pics if i can get a decent camera phone the one i have now is 1.3 mega pixel ! piece of ****.

trained chest and biceps today,
hadnt trained biceps in weeks felt good
was pumped, and i was asking myself the question how long will it take for me to look like this cold with decent diet and consistent training.

Lol t.t I'm so retarded I'm in this contest but I didn't train in a while really.

Did 160lbs squat today, 155 bench and POM POM 170 DEADLIFT! first lift that is my bodyweight, I expect up my lifts weight to bodyweight within 4 months ( technically should be done in 2 weeks but its getting hard here) and I aim all 3 lifts to be 200 by march/april. we'll see over there. technically I'm aiming to be in the 250's range by june.

Oh cool, haven't lifted today yet might go for some new PR's but not completely sure.Haven't lifted since tuesday so I had an extra day to rest so I would think today would be a good day.

My 5rm's are now 125 155 and 195.Squat and deadlifts go up so fast but bench goes up so slow..feel like I could get more on squats and deadlifts might try 160 or 165 and 200 or 205 next week, probably will be a while before bench goes up was hard as crap to get 125 today. How much total weight have yall put on your lifts so far? 50 here. I would think I would slow down a bit but i'm not sure I seem to be progressing good so far.

Sure for pics, tell me when ya'll ready. Today I'm working out.. bummer I reduced my bench work of 25 lbs :( but I guess its for my own good. Gonna try to keep up my squat and deadlift tho, deadlift should be 185 today and Squat maybe I'll keep 160 for another workout or jump to 165 and my bench down to 135 ''man I'm really sad lol''... Anyways I'm out working out and trying to find some support work for my main lifts.. prolly gonna add good mornings, pull ups and dips/skullcrushers/close grip bench.. idk yet

any ideas?

Um well this is my routine take what you like (or none) from it:
Day 1: Chest/Tri's
3x5 flat bench
3x6 incline bench
3x6 close grip bench
Day 2: Leg's/Shoulders
3x5 squats
3x8 leg curls
3x8 SLDL
3x12 calf raises
Day 3: Back/Bi's
3x5 deadlifts
3x6 barbell rows
3x8 weighted wide armed pullups
3x8 dumbbell or barbell curls (alternating)
it will be:
day 1: on
day 2: on
day 3: on
day 4: off
day 5: on
day 6: on
day 7: on

Got Squats up to 160 today (:

Good idea to rework form? Or because you don't have the right equipment atm to go heavier like in your other post? Sounds like a good idea always seems like a good idea to take a few workouts off to make sure form is good. And sure you can take my program take part of it w/e you like.
current 5rm's:
bench 125 <--I hate benching goes up way to slow..
Squat 160<-- gonna do 165-170 within the next few workouts
Deadlift 205 <---New favorite lift
 
Wow i've been eating sooo much lately but I guess its good for me because I hadn't gained any weight the last few weeks gained a lb. this week so its good.

Well for both form and equipement. It's gonna be a deloading session until I get back to my original weights and see what happens from there.

deadlift is my new favorite lift too and bench my least lol, squat in inbetween the two. I just wish there was a compound existing that would mainly focus biceps.

Of course I only do major compounds now I.E squats,dead,bench,power clean etc etc but sometimes I just wish something would hit the bicep really hard... I don't think I'm gonna get much growth for them from deadlifts.

just throw in a few iso's a 2-3 times a week

been ill for three days :(

havent had chance to do my squat 5rm

deadlift : 180

bench : 160

all this kilos to pounds converting is so annoying im just counting it as half.

il do it properly at the end or a midpoint.

deciding to order a **** load of protein and get more serious about training, been eating everytthing i can but need dem protein chakes to get in daily protein intake.

Nice bench 125 squat 160 gonna get 165 next workout deadlift 215. Deadlifts seems like it will start to slow down.
