Androgel

I've been taking Androgel for a while because I have low testosterone levels. Yes, I was tested, I didn't just slip the doctor a $50... ;)

I stopped taking it while my wife was pregnant due to side effects, etc if she were to come in contact with it, it could affect the baby. (Who turned out beautiful by the way)

Now, I am again taking Androgel and am wondering what the long term effects are. I've noticed an increased sex drive when taking it, but haven't really paid attention to muscle gains. I figure it is probably just enough to bring me back to normal, so I don't expect Hurculean results, just what a normal guy has.

However, I don't know what this could do in the long run, given that I am only 28.

Thoughts? Experience?

I also am on Androgel. My blood testosterone level went back to normal for me (that is, 700's) after using it, and while that should in theory just get me back to where I'd been, I believe I've had better gains in the gym than normal, as well as an increase in body hair. Of course, this could also be dur to a better workout routine, and general aging as well, but my feeling about it was that even thought he blood tests looked the same, I felt like I was getting more oomph than when I was making my own.
