Hey all, I will be doing a 1 month cycle of anator and will post my results here, I will post before and after measurements and my personal impressions. I will start the cycle on Saturday.

Well I decimated my chest, back, and tris today. I choked down the 2 HUGE scoops recommended for the anator plus 2 scoops of cytogainer and some food an hour later. This stuff makes me feel sick after taking it but only for a few minutes. I will do bi's abs and legs tomorrow.

i been using anator for a month now well more than a month. i've seen so many changes such as ma shoulders gotten bigger as well as ma arms. i wud recomend this for every1. ill b posting my other reviews soon.

I woke up today with sore ABS??? So I will be skipping them today. Dont know why, maybe it was all the decline push ups I did that I dont normally do, my abs where very tight during those. Everything else I worked yesterday feels good. I can tell I pushed them hard but its a good feeling not a "help I cant move please shoot me" feeling. I will be doing shoulders, bi's, and legs today.

not a prob ninjaman89. i think its a good thing to shar ur expriences ( not everyhtin tough lol). im kinna confused now. i need sumthin to take like preworkout. im debatin on NO X or CE2....hopefully ill get hte answerz soon...ohh man i gota tell u this anator WORKZ...

well here are my measurements at day 2.
Neck: 17.5
Arms: 15
Chest: 45.5
Forearms: 12
Calves: 17
Thighs: 27
Waist: 41
Hips: 44
Shoulders: 48
I will do a mid cycle measurement and a post cycle measurement as well.

Just satrten Luekic Once In morning and before bed and anator p70 Wieght 210 6 Feet waist 35 arms 17 looking to get shredded doing cardio 4 times per week weights 4 times per week. was 245 in december doing a **** load of juice looked huge now trying to stay clean from now on....... Hope this works!

i am also on day 4 of taking anator. I noticed a huge increase in my arms and my soreness. I new to working on mass. I started with NO-X about 10 weeks ago that stuff is like crack. What is the cytogainer doing for you? i'm sure there is a lot of people like me that are new to this stuff that will be fallowing advice from the vets.

Hey everyone, I'm new to this website/forum. In fact this is the first forum I have ever been too. I was reading it for the last three days and just joined today. I purchased anator p70 online a week ago and just got it yesterday - only 59.99 + free shipping, but I'm not here to promote any site. I took my first serving today after I worked out. It was short, only 30 minutes, but just benching. I have the berry blast flavor and it tastes like **** . I mean its really gross, I had a slight headache for 10 minutes afterwards, and you really need at least 16 oz of water with it, otherwise the taste is even worse! Has anyone had any luck or any suggestions on something to mix this with to taste better? I heard gatorade is a bad idea because of the ingredients clashing with anator's effetciveness/ingredients. Anyways, I will be posting each day on this site over the course of the next 4 weeks...because that is how long the bottle says it will last. I am not a big guy (Small/medium frame) but I am pretty strong for my size (strength being measured by what you lift vs your body weight - n I max at 235 bench, which is 90 lbs over my weight.
My goal with anator is to increase all my workout exercises by 20 - 30 pounds within four weeks. I am also aiming to add on about 10 pounds. I will just be taking a daily vitamin and anator, no preworkout supplements. I just drink grape juice before each workout because my uncle is a doctor and he says it provides all the energy you will need for 60 minutes of heavy lifting abiding you ate a healthy fullfilling meal an hour- hour n half prior (and i just dont have $$ for them). I will also be eating four to five full meals daily, while drinking 80 oz of water a day (16 more oz a day than a doctor reccommends - so i'll be pissing a lot). Hopefully by sticking to a strict diet and regimen I will be able to truly test the effectiveness of anator p70, and discover if this **** is for real or not.

Right on. I totally agree that the berry stuff is by far the worst sup flavor I have ever tasted before in my entire life. I think you have a good chance of making your goal. Keep us posted.

yah ive tried some and it tastes like chewing up asprin i just took some from a friend of mine he mixes his with hawian punch or kool aid and u can only taste it a little

sorry if i am digging up an old thread. i am new here and googled straight to this thread. i am interested in anator and might considering taking it. i have always been cautious of companies that have such extravagant advertisements as muscletech but i certainly won't discount them, yet. did anyone else notice that the stuff has 5g of creatine per serving. i guess it takes more that 5 years to get creatine out of your products. just my two cents, we have all tried creatine and loved it until we went off it and watched our water balloons deflate. i wish these companies would stop jamming stuff with creatine; we know it will make you bigger, we get it, just take it out of your products. don't they realize more people hate it than like it????

Naw man........Gakic powder is the worst tasting stuff EVER!!!!!! it tastes like ground up chalk and it mixes up like ****TTTTT.....it doesnt even mix. It just chunks , if your gonna do gakic i recommend doing the pills

bloodygrin, thats not true. a lot of people like using creatine, its a great strength booster. even though you may lose some size after using it, you dont lose any strength if you workout right.

I would have to agree avaric3. Sure, you lose the bloat but its not like you didnt know it was coming. Dont use creatine and then cry about its obvious outcome. I like it because I know it works, I know it gives me more strength during my workouts and that translates into more reps and sets which = more muscle in the end.
Bloodygrin, I would say if you have the money or can get a good deal on Anator give it a try. I am on day 9 and I have added one WHOLE SET to each of my exercises as well as adding another chest, another tri, and another shoulder exercise in my routine. I also added 15lbs to my bench press from 175 to 190 (bowflex style). Most of this is just part of my plan anyway, but the Anator sure helped to make it possible.
My whole stack consists of:
Mega Men Multi
A well balanced meal or a cytogainer shake 1 hour before from my workout
Shock Therapy 15 minutes before I start my cardio
Anator after I workout

I will admit creatine does add strength I just don't like the idea of getting smaller after working so hard, even if I am stronger. Nevertheless I think it is lame that muscletech would combine the two, really lame. How do you know if its working?? Is it the anator or just the creatine?? I think it's a little cheezy and shady.

How much size do you lose after you stop taking creatine? If you get stronger wouldnt that put on more muscle making you bigger than you were before still?

Yes. With creatine Monohydrate your muscles absorb water and nutrients better, allowing them to be fed easier resulting in more gains. When you stop taking it the water goes away but you keep your real gains.

HOLY HELL does this stuff taste absolutely disgusting. You cant tell me that after 5 years and "millions" of dollars they could make it taste better??????????? I am not looking forward to drinking down 4 scoops of this stuff after each workout.... 
I was standing in the shower today and flexed them and my jaw just about dropped, its only day 4! I will be hitting my shoulders bis and abs hard today with legs tomorrow, wish me luck!
