Anator p70

Yesterday I started on a new supplement Anator p70. I first heard about it through all of the muscletech hype. I picked it up at GNC along with a GNC membership for $80. I've heard bad things, especially about the price, and I've heard good things about Anator, my brother used it for a month and he saw some good results. So I decided that I would try the product for 8 weeks, this week is my first week of using the stuff so I'm really excited, but I remain skeptical to its claims.

I know a lot of people have been putting Anator down and I just wanted to try it for myself, for those who have actually tried the stuff like my brother, they seem to like it, and for those who look at the price and complain, well their opinion just doesn't matter. So in about 3 weeks I'll being posting again and we'll see if Anator is really what it's cracked up to be.

Diet

I figured if I was really going to be able to tell if this was going to work I would have to stick to the same diet that I’ve been on for the last 6 months. I'll be taking 4 scoops of whey protein a day, 2 in the morning and 2 an hour after my pre workout anator shake. I'll also be eating 3-4 eggs in the morning with my shake and toast and through out the day eating high carb foods. I’m constantly eating power bars, sandwiches, and grains through out the day. So if I only see the same results I've been getting I'll know that Anator doesn't work, but if I maintain the diet I've been on for the past 6 months and I do see some results I'll be happy to dote on Anator.

Physique

Another thing that I did was to take some measurements. As I stand right now I'm 6'2'' 174 lbs, calves 15'' thighs 22'' arms 13.5'' waist 31'' and chest 38''. Coming into my senior year I was 140 lbs on a good day, right now I'm 174 lbs and I'll be graduating in 3 months. I've started to slow down a little in weight gain which is why I'm hoping that Anator can give me that boost that I need to get back to gaining weight and muscle again.

Besides a simple creatine sup, this will be the first test I’ve put on a supplement.

Wish me luck.

Ok so maybe I'm really self consciouse and puny, so i flex when i take measruments....no actually i just didn't know, a friend of mine takes his flexed so i figured that was the way to do it. Truth be told I don't even know exactly at what points to start the measurment and were at on the muscle to put the tape. But if i get results I'll be able to know anyways.

Dont get all defensive, i didnt say anything that shoulda pissed you off. If u measure yourself put the tape on the belly of the muscle, or at the "peak" whatever you wanna call it.
Maybe i missed somethin, but yea, relax
(beatin ya meat helps)

Alright that raps it up for anator, I took it only for a month because for $10 less than anator I got a huge tubs of whey and mass xxx plus I bought a shaker.

Anator did nearly what it said it would do, I increased my arm size from 13.5 across the bicep to 14.25 in that month. I experienced some weight gain, about 6-7 solid pounds.

Bottom line, Anator is a good product, but i can put on more poundage for less money with mass xxx and 100% whey protein.
