OK, people. im not new to supplements or the gym, ive been training for 3 years on and off and have been taking supplements ever since, im 21, and technically speaking, i know my ****. maybe not as much as others but im no amatuer.
I'm very curious to know the diet of people who do or have taken anator P70. Alot of people do not understand that these protien shakes and these creatine anabolic etc supplements are NOT meal replacements. no matter what you take diet IS KEY. it is ESSENTIAL. many people will already know, if you start going to the gym from scratch you will see gains within first 12 weeks, because you shock your body as it has never had to exert itself in such a way, so it makes gains that it have always been within its capability but it never bothered because you didnt need them. FROM THEN ON AFTER ITS ABOUT FUELING THE FIRE. Its 5-6 meals a day no excuses. it has to be. carbs early on, none after around 7 o'clock, good carbs tho, brown bread, pasta potatoes are the best, then you need to eat a large enuf amount of protien to compensate ur own body weight, i cant remember the equation, but i am 14stone and i need at least 200g of protien aday. this means for me, porridge, a bag of nuts, a bowl of pasta, 3 tins of tuna, 2 slices of toast, 6 boiled eggs, chicken breast/fish for dinner, lots of vegtables, 3 pieces of fruit, and 4 egg scrammbled egg for supper. that barely gets me to the 200g mark, then i take any protien creatine shakes on top of that, they are NOT a meal, the protien content of the shakes obviously helps, but the amino acids that are the key to a protien shake. when you are training for size, 3-4 meals a day, a egg or two, a tin of tuna or a bit of porridge is simply NOT enough. if you working and find it hard to eat more than 3 meals a day, dont train, no point, if you cant be arsed to cook that much, dont train, no point. And another thing, alot of these shakes provide ur body with things it can only use by burning calories, so your wasting ur money if ur only getting 2000 calories a day, ur body can not use the shakes then, so it passes them through.
Ive just started taking anator P70, and just to let you all know, its not to be taken alone, it needs to be supplemented with nitro-tech hardcore preferrably, thats when u will hopefully see the real gains.
also if your new to training, and that includes you even if you have been doing it for 6 months, because im sorry, but you will need to put in YEARS if you want to see results, you are NOT a experienced bodybuilder if youve been doing it 6 months or a year your an amatuer whever you like it or not, but really do stick to it, you will see results, but its hardwork, so yer also if your new, your wasting your money on supplements such as p70, your body doesnt realise it needs it yet, so it doesnt use it. and you dont have a basis to build on which you do need with any anabolic.
just a few tips. but i would be very interested to hear the diets of those using anator p70? any one got any pointers on how to use it or anything?
cheers!
