hey can anyone help me i was thinkn about starting on this or somethig simmiler can someone help me not 2 sure wat is good and wat is not

You're in luck cause I did this twice before.

3-AD is a solid prohormone. It extremely mild and non methylated, so you really don't have to worry about side effects. I would suggest still running a couple of supports. NAC, hawthorne berry, milk thistle, etc.

For PCT just run AX's Advanced PCT. Two bottles of 3-AD and 1 bottle of aPCT will do it. It's good for a beginner. Don't expect like 35 pounds of lean mass though.

how much would someone get out of that am thinkin about takinthe stuff gnc has but it come's out to like 250 bucks

hey thanks alot Mr Perry i just needed some one 2 tell me coz i have never used anythign other than protean powder and i wanted a bigger gain i will def try this product now

hey guys im 19 and i only weigh bout 75kg  im only goin 2 run 1 6 week cycle and prob no more after that 4 a wile

i used 2 train 5 days a week and kick box but iv been out of it 4 about 2yrs and want 2 put on the musle again quickly. and i dont think im goin 2 grow anymore coz iv already pumped my body full of other nasty **** that would have totaly stoped me growing lol

how much size did you gain? how much strenght? did you have a attitude on it? is it like roids or something am clueless about supps but am lookin to get one to help me get to where i want

Fred, I didn't gain a whole lot of anything because it's a mild prohormone. It's not "roids" its not even close. I wouldn't worry about it until you research more.

355, if you do it, that's your choice, but I would get back in the gym for a couple of months before I did this. Actually, since your under 21 I would wait, but I can't say anything because I'm 18.

355 at your age start dropping Squats. Your natural Test will be pegged in no time. Stop looking for the fix all pill and get to work on those squats.

You're too young for prohormones and steroids. Wait until you've reached your genetic peak and your endocrine system has fully developed. The best advice given is to avoid them. It's far too easy to gain mass without them with compound movements, the right foods and progressive overload.

well i havnt started anything yet as i said i havnt been traing 4 awile im just gettin ready and susin out my options i still have 2 construct a good traing plan and diet i wanna train 5 days a week if u have any suggestions would be great thanks

I cannot find a single reason a natural athlete should train 5 days per week. Why? 24 hours after working out, testosterone levels have dropped significantly, yet at the same time, cortisol levels still remain elevated. Roided up bodybuilders don't mind this because they have a constantly elevated synthetic testosterone levels due to the steroids.

I would pick something like a 3X full body routine. Right now, you need frequency and compound movements to focus on retaining muscle memory. The perfect set up is listed below:

Workout A:
**Squat
**GHR
**Flat Bench
**BB Row

Workout B:
**Squat
**Stiff-leg deadlift
**OHP
**Pullup

That's a 3 day routine alternating between workouts, always rest 48 hours between sessions to allow your hormone levels to recuperate as well as muscle tissue and even functioning of the CNS. The routine contains a push and pull in the same planes for upper body as well as a quad dominant and hamstring dominant movement for the lower body. 2 lower body / 2 upper body. It's a good set-up. Now list your nutrition. Because if your goal is to "get big" it's not going to happen with enough of the right calories. You won't have anything to grow from.
