ok check out this amino acid supplement does it look any good? it says do not use ifunder 18 but do you hink it would harm me im 15?

I am not a big fan of proprietary blends because you dont't the amount of each amino acid that you get. Look into BCAA+G... is one of the cheapest per gram of flavored BCAA's out there next to bulk. i believe that was AMINOVOL, which isnt just a bcaa supp its a "protein synthesis stimulator"
