I hear its real important to take amino acids if you want to gain muscle mass because they help muscle recovery and that it is just as important as protein! Also, what tha hell is NO2?

Glutamine, BCAA's... all good stuff to help recovery. I had Glutamine in the morning, before working out with Creatine and BCAA's and the same after my workout. And I will probbaly take it before I go to bed. Glutamine is great, helps with wind in between sets, recovery and your immune system. If your low on cash, you can't go wrong with just Glutamine in your supps. BCAA's are only like 15$ for a bottle, so I just throw them in for good measure... those are really the only two Amino Acids that I know about. I am thinking of possibly trying NO2 someday.... but the TRAC creatine by MHP that I take has Nitric Oxide in it as well, so I don't know if I really need it?

amino acids are the fundemental building blocks of proteins, ie one of the key components of muscle building... there are 20 naturally occuring amino acids, but there are also engineered ones. you need all of them to make a complete protein. no2 essentially (from waht i understnad) is a capillary dialator, meaning you get a bigger and better pump... thusly more nutrients/oxygen/protein/sugar/electrolytes get to your muscles... making working out more efficient... just watch out for bugs, bites swell up... lol
