hey I was just wondering...I take Amino Acids pre / post workout....but should I take some all day long? I mean should i take some like every couple hours like proteins and carbs or i just need that for my workout?

you should aim for a good diet first and foremost, then slipping the AA's in is fine. Try not to rely on supplements for nutrition, they are there to help, like a crutch, not enable like a wheelchair.

aminos are something you can take all day. your body cant store protein like it does carbs which is why getting protein/ aminos every 2-3 hours is extremely beneficial.

oh sure I eat alot and I eat well like you said supplements are just there to help...I dont think anyone could have any good results if it rely's only on supplements...example: Mcdonalds all day + cla.....I'm pretty sure it wouldnt do much...if not absolutely nothing!
