ORIGINAL: caffeineaddict I'm currently taking .1g/bodyweight of ON Whey before and after my workout in my shake. Should I consider taking BCAAs before or after as well? You could try: Preworkout - the normal protein shake with carbs During workout/Postworkout - a BCAA product (Xtend is awesome) 30 minutes after finishing workout another protein shake, or more preferabbly a whole meal. Shake will suffice though.

Should i take a protien shake before workout as well?? my goal is to gain kilos.. and also another question, im taking a week off break because ive finishd a 3month. Should i take cretine on non workoutdays, if so when?

yeah, about 20 grams of protein is fine.. I take 5 grams of creatine on offdays.. I just throw it in one of my drinks during the day..
