I went back to the gym on Aug-17-09, started with:
Height: 6'0
Weight: 224 Lbs
Bf%: 27.8

I was doing a split routine workouts, some low intensity cardio after workouts and HIIT or basketball (sometimes both) on my off days. My diet was decently healthy 0 coke, table sugar or juice. 0 processed carbs most of the little carbs i took came from veggies, plantain, potatoes and stuff. I was taking ON Gold Standard Protein Shake 3 scoops a day one of them being PWO.

Went to the gym doctos yesterday 21-Sep-09 so I could know my stats when i started the new program and the results was:

Weight: 216
Bf: 21.4%

All my measurements went down. The one that dropped the most were waist, chest and legs. But 6.1% Bf lost in 5 weeks seems a lot to me, not sure that number is correct, going to check again in a month.

Trying to do CKD, since you gotta keep fat consumption very low can someone give me an example of what you eat during the carbs up days (only got Non-fat milk 0.5%, tuna, some chicken breast, platain, potatoes in mind).

My goal is something around 15% of BF then im gonna see which my next goal is going to be.

can do a lot more than that but i'm sticking to the program and getting my form straight.

Inverted Rows

cant do them with my feet on the bench/box/ball

Push-ups

1x7

Abs crunches on the Dips station
3x12

Check out the forums that have video's of site members and others doing squats and numerous lifts, it will help you figure out what to do.    Need to get the squats down if you are serious brother.

Squats 5x5x45... still no proper form but im getting better.

1x5x65 wanted to check the weight to see how next workout is going to be.

Chin/Pulls Ups
did lots of them 3x3 on chin 4x4 on pulls, im getting a lot better in this, a week i wasnt able to do a single chin up and like 1 or 2 pullups.

Prone Bridge
3x30 secs

Cardio
1 hr of spinning

Day off.
Like 3 hours of basketball, got kind of hurt in my right hip(some punk hit me with his knee) hope doesn't affect my workout.

Going tomorrow to the gym for an extra day, im going to check my weight to see how the carbload weekend went.

215.5 lbs... aaawwww guess it was water and stuff from carbload but my carbload was crap, i think that all that Gatorade during bsketball and french fries on saturday night didnt do me well, lol.

did some but not enough to even count them, was kind of tired plus my hands hurts, im getting lots of callous on my palm just below my fingers and hurts so much, i read that using gloves is bad but im gonna have tu use them because this is not good at all, hurts so much that im missing reps.

I'm Definitely losing fat, but now my arms look like too small for my body, i think have like 15'' i might need 16'' to look proportional, im getting that feedback a lot.. like im leaner but my arms are smalls, i think im gonna eat more throw in more proteins and some good carbs into my daily intake.

After 1 week of nect/laziness i went back to the gym.. lol, it was crap. Felt like it was my first time.
