Amazing Transformations

Just wanted to post some transformations I came across. They are hugely inspiring and should be motivation for anyone here who is unsure if they can reach their goal. Feel free to add more. 1 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3

He looks gross, imo. lol we were talking about his health though not his looks. Unless seo was using unhealthy as a way to reference his looks...which now that I think about it is probably what he was doing. He does look kind of funny. I think he's just too pale. And then those black tattoos magnify it.

And then those black tattoos magnify it. You're right: He's obviously healthier after than before. His no fat just doesn't look attractive to me. And in general, people with relatively no fat, idk, just look like something's wrong with them. Like they're starving or have some deficiency of some kind, or are using weird drugs (diuretics, fat loss supps) which are unhealthy. Even you, RS, look better with a little bit of fat, imo. Idk, I guess the very low fat is an acquired taste. If I ever get to that state, I'll probably learn to like it. ;) edit: I like the fat level on the after pic of the first guy. What would you say his bf% is?

RS looks better lean than that guy because he has a significantly greater amount of muscle mass. The last guy I agree, he looks kind of unhealthy. I think the 2nd person had the most amazing transformation I've ever seen in my life. The first guys was impressive too, the last guys transformation was applausable but he could use a bit more mass or fat, some sun wouldn't kill him either.

I agree with Rollingstone about the last guy i think some sun would benifit him. I know a friend just like that he is very pale and very skinny but so cut,its his pale look that makes him look starving though and also he has about 10 tatts that are dark too. The other transformations are just awesome!
Just starting out but watch this space!

Still one of my biggest inspirations. I may actually have been skinnier than you when I started back in '05, King. Maybe if I had put in 2.5 years of consistent hard work (without falling off the wagon so many times), we'd be telling similar stories. But you pulled it off, so I remain optimistic. You are to be commended. Maybe I should dig up my original "before" pic.

Soccerking3000 thanks guys its always nice to have some reaffirmation of your efforts. That took about 2.5 years little ectos need to see SKs transformation. People thinking about using juice, taking shortcuts, etc...SK was focused on what he needed to do and look. 2.5 years. Thats all it took. Idk id say that should some real motivation for tha ppl that are bitching about how hard it is for a skinny guy to get big. Not to mention SK is what 6'5"? Before anyone wants to ****and moan and play the genetics card, just step back and look at this.

We all have it in us to succeed and reach our goals, you just gotta go out and get them. And yes i'm 6'5"
