plain and simple people dont have the dedication and willpower to stick to something for a long period of time, 2.5 years is quite awhile and if ecto's (or anyone for that matter) doesnt see results in a few months, or doesnt eat enough...its always ****and moan.

You should have a sticky thread as a poster boy for ecto bulking.

thanks guys its always nice to have some reaffirmation of your efforts.  That took about 2.5 years

little ectos need to see SKs transformation.  People thinking about using juice, taking shortcuts, etc...SK was focused on what he needed to do and look.  2.5 years.  Thats all it took.  Idk id say that should some real motivation for tha ppl that are bitching about how hard it is for a skinny guy to get big.

Not to mention SK is what 6'5"?  Before anyone wants to ****and moan and play the genetics card, just step back and look at this.

SK,
How old are you?  How did you do that big long bulk and not put on fat?  I'm having success on my bulk but it's coming with some fat too.

He has a dragon fly metabolism and if you pay close attention to his posts he's right up there with Dan on being one of the smartest guys on the forum so when you cross someone with good genetics, hard work, and they know what they're talking about transformations like this are very possible.

To be 23 again.  I guess I could be if I divide my age by 2 and add 1.
