Hi, I'm new to the forum and I was hoping you guys could give me some advice...

I'm 15 years old, 6 ft 2", and 13 stone and 13 lbs...

I've recently started taking the body supreme creatine and cut down on my fatty foods..

I have porridge for my breakfast with the creatine drink...
Chicken, fish or jacket potato for my lunch with another creatine drink..
a small meal when I get in from school and another creatine drink...
and then a creatine drink with a little snack about an hour or 2 hours before I go to bed...

How many times a week should I go to the gym? and is there anything else I should be doing to get bigger, quicker?

On average workouts, you have to do 1-2 muscles per day, that way you can spread your workouts to 5 per week everyday 1-2 muscles. Personally, I think you're drinking too much of creatine. I don't drink protein or creatine anymore but used to drink IsoFlex and only after workout. You're eating pretty good so nothing on that.

Main suggestions:
  • Drink creatine after your workout (between workout and next time you eat)
  • Work only 1-2 muscles per day, since your muscles grow only when they're resting
  • Rest 1 week if working out 8-10 days in a row
  • Try to eat 5 times a day of small meals (you're doing almost that)

Thats about it. You want to get bigger? Search the forum on mass workouts. Look on previous posts people discussed it a while ago.

thanks a lot, the only reason I was drinking that much creatine is because it said on the back of the tub that I need to load it on for five days, and then after that I drink it once or twice a day...

Not necessary. The only reason to do loading is to increase the amount of creatine in your system faster in the initial periods, but whether you load or not, after 30 days, you'll reach the same periods.

So just consume 3-5 grams of creatine everday, doesn't matter when, but just make it consistant I usually take mine around 1hr before my workout.

BTW, don't have creatine with your meals, it should be taken on an empty stomach, either take it 45minutes to 1hr before or after your workout.

 I load my creatine and take 5-10 gm per day regularly, after a workout for sure and before when loading or when doing the 10 gm.
Been cycling on and off this for 10 years, no probs.

why are you dirnking so much creatine? it's been proven that a loading phase isnt necesarry, just take it post workout with some simple carbs for quick absorbtion.
