I am 6'3" 225lbs. Wanting to lose abdominal fat and gain muscle. i am eating 6 meals a day and started putting my food intake on my-calorie-counter.com and realized i was only taking in about 2300 calories a day, 63g fat, 370 cholesterol, 2750 sodium (high i know), 136 carbs, 21 fiber, 49 sugar, and 250 protein (using ON 100% gold standard whey protein as part of this) I am working out 4-5 times a week, mainly lifting but doing cardio 2-3 times a week for 30 mins. If i keep on this path, what are my outcomes going to be most likely? And is creatine something i should/could start taking? Thanks

Likely you would be cutting with such few calories and your size, but that depends on your metabolism so I couldn't say for sure. Personally I don't use creatine but others on here might have opinions on it..i'm not a big supplements person I only use whey atm but need to get a multi-vitamin..
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

we are kind of similar with the same goals. i am 6'8 260 and trying to get to 275 in solid muscle and drop body fat. we also have a similar work out. lifting and cardio wise. let me give you some advice. lifting is the easy part as long as you push yourself like theres no tomorow. the nutrition is the hard part. if you want to gain mass, you definatly need to take in more calories. your body needs the energy to grow. your protien intake is excelent. i have trouble getting 1 grm per lb. if you want to cut the fat though you need to lower the carbs a little, not to much but maybe drop it by 40 grams. sodium is deffinatly to high. if you can get that down and work hard, you should be good. i take creatine and i know a lot of people who do. it works really well. right now i am taking the mass stack by bsn ( cell mass, N.O. explode, and nitrix) so far its working really well. it delivers creatine, great pumps and great energy. you should give it a try, sort of pricy but if you go to tfsupplements.com you will find supplements there half the price of gnc. literaly. well good luck and keep up the good work
