I was checking out this supplement on the gnc website called Alpadan, I believe. It sounds great, but I am not quite sure how it works and even if it does work. Does anyone know anything about this supplement, and how it activates dormant muscle fibers?

I think only GNC can carry it now, or something.

You know what the ingrediants are for Aplodan? This product is the king of all scams. All it is: Alpha Lipoic Acid Creatine Thats it! Activating dorment muscle fibers lol.

If you really look into some really popular products, you'll find they are all like that.

Stick with what you know works instead of being a guinni pig with your own money. Glutamine Creatine Whey protein Well balanced diet Multi-Vitamin Hardcore training Anything else I consider a waste of money.

I came across a free container of Anator p70 by muscletech recently so I figured to give it a try. I usually hate MT products as they are to expensive and hyped. The basic princibles behinde Anator are okay, with the proteins, carbs, and essential amino acid leucine. However the price is way to high. What i can garuntee about Aplodan is it's over hyped and over priced. I hear its just alpha lapolic acid and creatine.
