I am addicted to weight training, I am taking a class on it right now and I freaking love it!!! anyways I lift about 4 times a week and I exercise every body part and give it proper rest (My weight coach really knows his stuff) anyways I have gotten my Body Fat down to 11% and I kind of got like a 4 pack and I am going to start doing some cardio in the morning after taking a couple weeks off. I changed my diet and I am just getting the hang of this calories thing so I am going eat exactly what my body needs and just do cardio. I totally cut the Fast food out of my system for good. Anyways I am going to start jump roping in the morning. Any body have a ruff estimate of how long until I get enough body fat down to see a six pack. Are we talking weeks, months, years?

I usually do
    6x3min of Jump Roping

Im sure with proper diet and workout you can do it in 1-2 months.  I managed to get there in about 3 and a half, 4 and i started realitively overweight.

 Yea, abs arent that hard to obtain.

But the number of abs is just the way your muscles are naturally.

Some people have small 8 packs, others 6 and some big 4's.
