Ok, so I'm back with an update on the xpand (non caffeine), I find that it pumps me up to the point where I look like I'm going to burst by the end of my workout. It absolutely tastes horrible, (LIKE ALMOST GAGGING) but in terms of giving me the extra strength it is a no go. I really noticed the first time using it that i couldn't lift that extra 10-15 lbs that I could when using the NO xplode.
Regardless I'm going to be training a few weeks without anything because I don't want my body to grow immune.
It is safe to say that when i start back up I will be going back to the NO xplode.
You do know that probobly because it doesn't have caffeine right? You could just take additional caffeine pills, they're like $3 a bottle...
You didn't get anything other then pumps from xpand? It's got a good amount of creatine, it should have helped you some strength wise.
