Almost 215, what do I do next?

Well I posted one of these when I was 206-208ish and today I weighed in at 213 when I woke up. I think I've lost a little fat and put on some more muscle, my measurements have gone up so that is good too. Anyways just looking for opinions, what I need to bring up and such. I always told myself I'd cut when I got to 215 and I'm pretty much there and don't want to cut lol. Should I keep bulking or start to cut? Lat spread- Front relaxed- Side/tri-

I would keep going till you hit 225-230 or even higher and then cut.

Nm0ney34 I would keep going till you hit 225-230 or even higher and then cut. For sure. That is kinda why I wanted to see pics of you at 230 or so. I think I can stay relatively lean and get up to 230ish. I've been steady bulking from 195 and I haven't gained any noticeable amounts of fat. This was 4 months ago at 195:

yeah you look like you can still get higher and stay fairly lean. Im sure you can hit 230-235 and be at less BF then I was...meaning you would ultimately end up with more muscle after the cut. im at 219 and I see a huge difference from 235, even though I still got awhile to go. Hasn't even been a year on madcows and TM I have probably put on a good 15ish pounds of muscle I didnt have before. you keep doing what your doing and hit 230+ you cut down and you will look amazing. I cant wait to hit around 205 and then slowly bulk up again.

Good arms and lats. Your chest seems lacking though.

I know, I can put up just under 315 on bench and yet my chest is still nothing special. I know my diet is good too. I'll give it time.

yeah man, you have strong compound movements! Keep up man. I know you do a strength-based routine. Do you consider yourself more of a powerlifter or a bodybuilder? Anyhow, you are good at what you are doing bro.

well you're certainly not fat... I would suggest keep moving forward until you reach that uncomfortable state that only you will know.. that's assuming you're not one of these guys that panics if it's warmer than 70 degree's and you can't see your abs.. LOL I was looking at your numbers and noticed your bench is very close to your squat number.. you do realize it's a cardinal sin to allow bench to be equal to or pass up a squat number? :)

Thanks NBS, I've been busting my ass getting my squat back up and my ankle flexibility back. I hate having such a low squat number. It still isn't 100% and I doubt it ever will be. I tore a lot of tendons and chipped my talus bone up pretty good. I've talked about it in my journal but here is a pic of it: If I had to tag myself with powerlifter or bodybuilder it would definitely be powerlifter. I am not as of yet since I have never competed but I am on a powerlifting routine, and I plan to compete once I get my numbers up. Thanks guys.

Ouch!!! Looks nasty... You would have probably been better off just breaking it.. Tendon tears are tough to heal.. take it slow and you'll more than likely get back your strength.. Goodluck

Looks like you definitely put on some size . Your chest looks much more filled out. Back also looks great. Did you have a before shot of your back? I would keep bulking because it does not look like you put on very much fat.

No I don't have a before shot of my back but I can tell you that it was pretty much straight up and down. I used to be a skinny lil fvck. Thanks for the comments guys. I'm gonna keep bulking to 230-235.

Work on pectorals, and abdominals. I've read that you're a power lifter, and as you know, core strength and stability will assist you alot more than most perceive it will. -Nice before/after as well.

You do know that you need a low bf to see your abs right? My core is actually one of my strongest areas. Thanks for the critique.

If you're attempting to be a smartass, hit the brakes. Of course I understand that you need below, I'd say, 8% BF to be able to see abdominals clearly. In your case, I can't tell the strength of them or anything of that matter. If it were a deltoid, such as yours, I'd say you're good to go. For the most part, I see no problems in your stature except for minor things that I specified. If you believe, and you'd know since it is your body, that your core is a strong point, than so be it. I can only go by what I see. A picture does not have the ability to provide skeletal muscle-tissue visuals.
