Almost 2 years in...

I have posted some progress pics up in my jounal, but I figured I would put some up here too. Here are some pics I took when I first started getting serious about lifting (Nov. 2006)... Here are some pics I took today........ (I screwed up this pose by not turning the right way to face the camera so my right lat looks twice the size of the left, but ehhh whatever)

Here is the back shot...It is from today. I was stupid back when I started and didn't take a pre pic. It wasn't about the same developement as the rest of me back then though.

ohh yeah, and Thanks NBS. I don't know what is up with my legs, they just seem to develope quicker than the rest of my body. It is probably because the workouts I do are for sports and seem to be heavily lower body oriented. In the before pics, I am about 5'10 155-160 and in the after shots I am 6'0 176.5

how long have you worked your legs for dude??? you have the legs that i want. i need to get rid of these chicken legs of mine. exxxcellent work. everything looks great, even your back... HOWEVER (i know.. i gotta be a lil bit picky).... your back has room for a little bit more size/growth/definition. and if you were to add that... i would give it an A+. for now.. it's just an A
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

Thanks guys. Fox, I know what you mean about my back man. I cannot seem to get it to grow much for some reason. There is a pic I took last week of my back where you can see more definition because of the lighting. I got a little more than the pic shows. Being pale doesn't really help much either. lol. But I totally agree with you. It is definately something I am and have already starting to focus more on. And Fox, about my legs. I have been working them out for probably right at 2 years. Up until the beginning of summer all I did for legs was squat, front squat, power clean, and SLDL. I have just started throwing in some lunges. I think I just have good leg genetics though. lol

I didn't see this thread the first time... Looking stellar! You put on 20lbs of lbm - no fat! Critique - IMHO your traps, lats and CHEST are lagging (chest big time) in relation to the rest of you (especially your legs-nice). I would think your traps would be much larger with how much you clean. You're still very powerful for your size. I'm sure if you started eating to bulk you would just explode.
