Hello Everyone,
                       Basically my delima is this, a couple days ago I noticed a rash like mark on my upper back and I glanced through the forum thinking this could be due to me being allergic to the creatine ive been taking for the past 5 weeks about 25grams a day(Kre-Alkalyn, buffered creatine).  The past 2 days it has reduced in size greatly and is almost gone, however the past 12 hours or so ive had a terrible headache pain and in the upper back. This is not anything like a sore muscle pain or a headache ive ever had, and it just hit me almost all at once with the 12 hours I got about 4 hours of sleep.  I just took some pain reliever and this has subdued it for now, and Ive decided if it flares up again within the next 24 hours ill try and head over to my doctor because I feel like absolute...****.  My question is this, I really really hate to stop a creatine cycle but if its causing me health problems its not worth it to keep taking it of course.  Would it be wise to stop taking it, keep taking the same dosage, or maybe reduce the dosage for now. And most importantly does this even sound like a creatine problem? I know its very vague, just interested on input, I will see a doctor if it continues as i said because it could be any number of things.

there should be a disclaimer on the creatine ur taking...did u look at it??

well all the bottle says is "These statements have not been evaulated by the FDA. This isnt meant to prevent, treat, diagnose , or cure any diseases." im currently checking their website for more info, but the pains have gone away signifigantly in the past few hours and i still took my dosage this morning, so I think it could possibly be something else, who knows. Hope it doesnt happen again though.

Doubt its that but lets see what the dr says.
