In my experience with NO products id have to say that all in all they arent worth the money. Theyll blow u up for about an hour after u leave the gym and ul think ur hot s**t, but after that hour or so you'll be back to normal. I gained 5 pounds on my lifts at most, so besides boostin your ego for an hour it doesnt do a whole lot of good. Of all the NO supplements pump tech worked the best for me which is probably only because it has creatine in it. I tried NO2 and it did nothing at all. Dont waste your money go get some good creatine, you'll benefit from it alot more. If you're going to try it try it while taking nothing else. At first i thought it worked simply because i took creatine with it, but when i took it alone i realized thats not the case.

I have been taking tribulus now and although im only 17 (although very matured physically for my age) despite what people have said about it not working because of my age i have had substancial gains from it and have been pleased with the results. I think that is a much better supplement to try than NO products depending on your age and how much your body is matured if you are a teen

also check into the vpx cex creatine ive seen more and more of my friends have good results from that. ive been using nutrex vitargo cgl and have been pleased with its results

Read the label. What are they? They're Arginine. It's an amino acid. I was sold as a supplement like 5 years ago and pretty quickly fell off the radar. It's amazing what good marketing can do.

Oh, and in theory, it can make the herpes virus grow faster. Lysine should do the opposite to herpes.

Do they really work? Depends on what you expect them to do in order to give them a passing grade. Powerhaus is correct . All of those products contain Arginine Alphaketoglutarate, which is somehow supposed to increase the effectiveness of the NO production in reaction to the introduction of Arginine. Will it pump you up and give you better erections? In my experience the result was not significant enough to justify the funds expended. I take L-Arginine powder morning and night on an empty stomach because it is a HELL of a lot cheaper and has roughly the same effect. There are definitely better ways to spend your hard-earned money. If you are looking for the "edge" to get bigger, try looking at your diet and exercise plan first. No legal supplement will have a greater effect on your gains.

Alphaketogluerate (AKG) was also a "hot" supplement a few years ago.

...which I'm sure Powerhaus did not waste his money on but certainly squirrelled away tons of articles and medical journals about the subject just in case someone wanted to argue with him about it.

No, I don't have to. I'm just right and everyone knows it

ketogluterate is a Krebbs cycle intermediary...that means it speeds up your energy production. However, just like anything else, if you add it to your body, your body makes less of it to compensate.

Heck if you REALLY want an NO booster, take a Viagra. That's how it works. Odd you don't hear about that in the bodybuilding circles though.
