Ahhh! Help with Super Pump 250 - Wednesday, July 22, 2009 7:40 PM ( #1 )
So, I just started using Super Pump 250. The only other pre-workout supplement I've ever tried was NO Fury which didn't do much at all. Anyway, I got a decent amount of energy without any jitters but experienced a shortness of breath.

I just paid $57 and I did feel great pumps so I don't want to dump it unless I absolutely have to.

Now, could this be due to not drinking enough water throughout the day? or the times I eat?

Help please!

It effects people in different ways, but it can be pretty intense for the first time. How much did you take? Cause I know it says to only take 1 scoop the first time you take it until you get use to it. Also you might have pushed yourself harder then you are used to and this might have caused the shortness of breath.

Hope this helps.

Yeah, I've been trying to read up on other people who had this happen. I only took 1 scoop and I've only tried it twice. I know it's not that I worked myself too hard as I felt it before I even started lifting. I had to take a break midway through my workout to lie down and take a breather.

I noticed on the container the other day to take with a small meal and drink at least a gallon of water a day. I didn't do either of these and I'm wondering/hoping this could have something to do it with.

I also had an energy drink at 10am but I didn't workout until 9pm so I wouldn't think this could have anything to do with it but I could be wrong.

I  wouldnt be drinking energy drinks while on SP250 it already contains high amounts of caffiene. Even if you drank the energy drink early in the day

Yeah, I'm not going to do that anymore.

I'm going to try just taking like 1/2 a scoop, maybe I just need to get used to it.

the lack of breath is probably because you didnt consume enough water. that happened to me when i first took NO Xplode. after i drank quite a bit of water i was A-OK again

Thanks! I started drinking more water throughout the day and feel great now when I use it.
