Getting older is just mind over matter...if you don`t mind it don`t matter !!  Never let a number get to you as far as beleiving you are done or all washed up.I am now 48 years old and have honestly never felt better.Train as hard as you can,eat as best you can,and you will still look great as a grouchy old man!!If you are styarting to think about beginning to workout again after some time off,stop thinking and just do it.Good luck to all the young old men and women here.Keep pumping!

Could not agree more T.J. I've seen 2 guys at my gym now.. 62 year old is still squatting 315 lbs clean and dumbbell shoulder pressing the 70 lbs.

Age is just a number, the goal is to keep that number going up. My mom competed up until right before she died of ALS and that was 67. Paul
