First post, happy to be here.

I am looking for a specific abdominal workout book that was heavily marketed in the fitness mags through the late '80s & early 90's.  It had a black and white cover and if I remember it wasn't printed with very high quality.

Of course I am sure the title was "Ultimate Abdominals" or something equally generic, so I won't even guess as to what it was called.

Anyone that can help me out with finding out what the book was/where to find it/or even borrow a copy please let me know.

Thanks,

GHEN
