That's a great first step , Rome wasn't built in a day. Give it another year of strict dieting and training and you will of ditched most of that.

IwillMakeIt What are your goals. Congrats on the weight loss I know its been quite a while since you posted this but I intend on cutting all fat and building muscle to the point that my body is toned. I'm still kinda struggling here.

first 30 pounds is nothing to be down about, thats impressive and you should keep it up! second you have to understand it takes a lot of time and effort to build up a significant amount of muscle. I know its not what you want to hear, but patience and hard work are going to be key here. You said your goal is fat loss, well stick with it. Drop your BF% down to where you want it, then begin to bulk back up slowly adding muscle. I wont lie to you and say its going to be easy, because it wont...but if you want it bad enough, you'll stick with it. Keep at it man, gj so far!
