sorry they didn't turn out very well; 1st and 4th picture are relaxed. 2nd and 3rd were taken a couple days before the others. Really unfortunate 5th didnt turn out better, looked nice when it was larger.
 
Anyhow i think im going to start cutting weight after im done with my 5x5 program, probably 2 weeks once school is out. The heaviest I had been until this was 155, so I think it was a nice change, some decent strength gains. What program should i follow while cutting; i've never done a bodybuilding routine or trained for size before so i'm thinking of doing one maybe HST or something?

I would keep bulking, JMO you really dont look like you have too much fat on you. Maybe get up to 195-200 and then cut down.

Yea I must say gaining all this weight really has helped with strength; i've been able to add weight EVERY single workout for the first time in a year. I'm thinking im higher teens in body fat %, most of my pictures are relaxed and my camera sucks but i can see the top four of the abs when i flex although they aren't very well defined.

Note as far as height im 5'9.

look at the lower portion of your stomach, You dont look like you have a pooch/buldge, looks relatively flat still. And from the pics, your lacking in definition but like I said you really dont look like you have a bunch of fat on you.

I would seriously consider just going with the bulk to add more muscle to that frame before you cut. I dont know how "dirty" your dirty bulk was, but maybe do it a little more cleanly.

Just suggestions, I know what its like to want to cut and see some definition though.

As far as programs, I have become fond of just staying on strength programs while cutting. I just adjust the starting weight at the begining of the program down a bit and progress up from there. HST is a fine program, was the very first "program" I tried awhile ago when I decided to be serious about the gym.

Just one thing to keep in mind about HST, is its not a strict program like others. Its more of a set of guidlines you want to follow to make your own work out.

Ofcourse the general stuff still applies, like Compounds > isolations, Progressing every workout, etc.

**Edit** Ironman said what I was trying to get across, lol. if you cut it just doesnt look like you will have a good solid foundation of muscle to show for all your hard work of cutting.

Okay here are my stats when i first wake up, all in inches

Chest: 44
Arms: 15.25 (one is slightly larger than this, one slightly smaller)
Forearms: 13
Calves: 15.5
Thighs: 25.5
Waist: 32
Neck: 15 (seems to small?)

I remember having a waist in the mid/somewhat higher 20s so this does hurt a little bit.

Lol worried about a 32 inch waist, I guess I shouldn't say what mine is.  I personally think you could just keep on bulking and put on some more muscle.  But everyone has their own goals and what they want to get out of it.

Hmm.. those are pretty big legs,  Everyone is going to tell you bulk bulk bulk and while I would normally agree.. I am going to say cut cut cut.. But not too much.. Just get a proper diet throw in the cardio, cut out the rest time in your work out.   

The shape of your muscles will make you look much bigger when you cut.  On top of that most bodybuilders only gain 5 - 10lbs of muscle per year and as the years progress they gain less and less.  Everyone wants to get big fast and yeah for the first year or 2 you may put it on faster then the others.. But your not going to gain all that much muscle.   After you cut and get the shape then bulk back up keep the diet almost the same drop the protein down a bit, increase your carbs and fats to put your body in an anabolic state, the second time you try to bulk up and your doing it with a proper diet your going to put on the muscle without all the excess fat.   Weight is nothing but a number,  light heavy weight bodybuilders really don't weigh all that much, they are usually high 180's at 6% BF.  But their measurements are going to be substantially different from yours.

Most likely i will post some more pictures taken outside with someone elses camera because the upperbody pics do no justice to me and are blurry.
 
My current stats look like this on Madcow:
Bench: going for 210x5 Monday (3 was pretty hard though)
Squat: going for 220x5 Monday (i don't know why im so bad at these, i can front squat almost as much as i back squat)
Deadlift: going for 235x5 Wednesday (double overhand grip)

When your squats go up everything will go up.. I was like you, only my chest was stronger then yours..  I could only squat 225 also for like 10 reps now I do 315 and 365 and I can bench 225 for 15 reps.  275 for 6..  Just keep at it, it takes time and don't trip off the weight too much.  Just always tweak your work out a bit,  Try everyones routine.

Clean bulk. You're still way too small to be worried about cutting. Only reason I would cut is if you have some vaction you REALLY want to be cut for. Clean bulk the right way and you could still lose some bf. And like IBB said cut the rest times between sets.

I have a like a 32 inch waist. Ain't that bad, although it could use a bit off of it.

32 is a pretty small waist !  I got a 33 right now but I was down to a 31.   28 is where it's at though!! depending on your bone structure though, some people never can get that low.

i think 5'10" is considered average; they still call me manlet over at bodybuilding.com; saying thats 5'9 or less

Just to clarify, when you guys measure waist that's at the belly button right, to include that lovely spare tire?  Because I wear 32 in. pants and they fit pefectly (32 in. being at the belt line.
But, uggh, at the navel I'm about 34 or 35.  :(  So I have a 35 in. waist as far as bodybuilders are concerned, right?
