Aerobic Goal?

What should I set as a good daily calorie burning goal? I' m trying to make my abs appear through that thin layer of fat. I' m am working on cleaning up my diet. I average 1300-1400 calories per day and weigh 150. Last body fat check was 12% based on the single point test.

well its good that your cleaning up your diet, and if your getting your fat down, i see no reason why you shouldn' t bee seeing those abs soon. Just keep at it, and do your ab exercises too. GL guy!

What should I set as a good daily calorie burning goal? You might try FitDay and enter your foods and your exercises and see if you are on a negative caloric balance or positive. I'm venturing to guess if you ate more clean foods, and gained more muscle and did your cardio, you'd probably go below 12%. There's a book I'm reviewing.. Burn the Fat.. very good so far. You might want to follow the review.
