What should I set as a good daily calorie burning goal?

I' m trying to make my abs appear through that thin layer of fat. I' m am working on cleaning up my diet. I average 1300-1400 calories per day and weigh 150. Last body fat check was 12% based on the single point test.

well its good that your cleaning up your diet, and if your getting your fat down, i see no reason why you shouldn' t bee seeing those abs soon. Just keep at it, and do your ab exercises too. GL guy!

You might try FitDay and enter your foods and your exercises and see if you are on a negative caloric balance or positive.

I'm venturing to guess if you ate more clean foods, and gained more muscle and did your cardio, you'd probably go below 12%.

There's a book I'm reviewing.. Burn the Fat.. very good so far. You might want to follow the review.
