Advice please.

I've finally decided to workout seriously and just want some friendly advice on what sups and what my workout plan should look like. So in order to get accurate advice heres a bit about me and my goals. I'm 23 6f 2in 175lbs, I have a hard time gaining weight and would like to gain muscle and get great muscle def. My goal is to gain weight and be ripped. I plan on taking Xyience NOX-CG3 and thinking about XTEST. How much cardio should I be doing a week since I want to be ready for soccer season in Fall. I was thinking 30mins everyother day.... And how often should I workout my abs? Thanks in advance!

abs and cardio 2-3 times a week both
i'm 19 incline bench press 160lbs 100reps incline dumbells curl 100lbs 2 reps stiff leg deadlift 220lbs 100reps

u can add 20 lbs of muscle in 1 year if u train and eat well but it depends on your genetics...can't be sure but 20lbs of muscle the first year,a lot of people can add that

train in the 6-12 reps range for maximum muscle gains do 3-4 exercises per bodypart and 3 set per exercises

I had this plan suggested to me...would it work? 1) Cardio 30mins, Chest, Triceps 2) Shoulders, Legs, Abs 3) Cardio 30mins, Back, Biceps 4) Chest, Biceps, Abs 5) Cardio 30mins, Shoulders, Legs 6) Back, Biceps, Abs 7) Rest

Personally i dont like trainning 6 days a week, its to much on the body. most things say 5 is the max days to train. my suggestion.... 1) cardio (5 min warm-up / 20min intervals / 5 cool-down); chest; triceps 2) biceps; back; legs 3) cardio; shoulders; abs 4) off repeat

day 1 chest-back day 2 legs day 3 triceps-biceps day 4 rest day 5 shoulders-abs day 6 rest day 7 rest or day 1 chest day 2 back day 3 legs day 4 shoulders-abs day 5 biceps-triceps day 6 rest day 7 rest

cardio 3 times a week don't do it before u workout drink water after your workout,and than do cardio
