Advice please

Hello, I am pushing myself to begin a weight training workout but want to wait to begin until i have the proper supplements to take with it. My goal is to lower my body fat from its current 27% to about 11-13% or so. I want to bulk up also. I printed the sample supplementation plan but I would like to find out which powders, pills etc are the best for my goal. Also I dont have anyone to workout with so I am worked my motivation/dedication wont be as strong so if you guys could post on some of your techniques to keep yourself focused. Thanks very much.

I'm pretty new to all this too. I don't have anyone to work out with either, but I found that once I made it a habit then the motivation wasn't hard to come by. Hitting the weights is just part of my routine now and the changes I've seen so far have been more than enough to motivate me. Granted I have my 10 year high school reunion, my wedding and a cruise all happening this May-June, so that may be helping as well. I also find that having music to listen to makes it easier to focus, but having a television to watch makes it harder while lifting. For cardio, television seems to make the time go faster. I'm not sure where you are in your preperations, but I don't see why your supplement plan would be stopping you from starting. Your diet and workout routine are much more important than the supplements you take, if you take them at all. If you don't have those in order, I'm not sure supplements will even be benefitial. I started in mid January hoping to tone up a bit by the end of May. Now that it's the end of March, I've already met my goal and the only supplement I take is a one-a-day vitamin.
