For an overall supplement survey is the following good for cutting?

MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Hardcore
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mt/tech.html
Nature's Science Vitamin C-1000
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ns/vitc1000.html
NOW Super Omega 3-6-9
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/supero.html
Optimum Opti-Men Multivitamin
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/men.html

I'm getting nitrotech because it's a good price on the website and it contains both creatine and whey protein, where they'd cost far more if bought separately.

The multi and vit c can stay.  The 3-6-9 should be replaced with a omega 3 (fish or flax), but you would be better served with actual flax seeds and fish since there is alot more to these than the oil.  I don't have alot of faith in the "cocktails" that supplement companies put out, but that is my own opinion.

If just the oils, I prefer the wild fish oils.  But flax seeds are great for many reasons.

I am against supplementing with omega 6, just because we have way too much of it in our diets already.  Omega's 6 and 9 are pretty plentiful if you are eating heathy foods, whereas omega 3 is available in alot fewer sources.
