hey i am currently 65kg and 5ft 11 andtrying to gain weight but also get cut andy advice on food or training methods. i am currently eating about 4 meals a day and 2 weight gainer protein shakes!

Take a look at the gaining mass link in my signature...that covers the basics.
 
Gaining mass is fairly easy to do.  The ideal is to gain mass, then drop the fat (cut) then gain more mass...etc, Alternating or cycling training.
 
Don't worry about finding some "quick, easy, works like magic" supplement to give you "magic gains," you can achieve fantastic, uninterrupted gains on training, rest, and appropriate diet.
 
No matter what, you first need learn how to gain muscle at will and then test the limits of your genetic potential for growth!
