Well, I've taken some supplements before. But i never really had any 3rd party input/advice on what to take. I am 21 yrs old, 5'10, 165 lbs (which has been unchanged for years, though i've always wanted to gain weight). I am relatively cut, perhaps 10-12% BF, But my goal is to be about 180lbs and ripped like crazy. Like Lean, but not huge, and cut as f***.. Right now all i take is Pro Complex protein shake. I used to take cell tech with it, but i found my heart rate would sky rocket when if tried doing any cardio and got scared. Now i come to this forum and i see people taking like 5+ different supplements at a time, like flaxseed and fish oil.. what the hell is that stuff for? i consider taking a weight gainer, but i dont want to lose what cutness i have. I figure if i took it and did lots of sprints+running it would be okay.. but what about creatine can you take it and run without having your heart explode? I saw good results from it when i used it. Thanks for your guys's help!

Creatine should have no contributing factor to increased heart rate. Fish Oil is a source of Omega 3's that basically help your cardiovascular system, combat joint inflammation and aid in brain function. Try a basic Creatine Monohydrate and see how that works out for you.

Creatine is manufactured by the body to aid in the repair of muscle fiber. high doses of creatine can weaken the attaching tendons and ligaments to major muscles. The delivery system for Monohydrate creatine is an acid base (i cant remember the name of the acid) studies have shown that the monohydrate has only a 30% soluable rate, meaning you are expelling 70% of you intake. i personally use muscletech creakic, it excelerates natural creatine production. its tends to make me carry more water, so i am cyclying it. the creatine and protien shake should have no bearing on youe heart rate, i am unfamiliar with the cell tech because i have never used it, but i believe its a creatine product by muscletech also. as far as the omega3 and flaxseed go they are in the vitamins catogory so to say, the omega3 works as localoutoftowner explained and the flaxseed provides high fiber. the body discards excess fat to fiber molecules before it stores it. a good vitamin regimation is key also. i use maximun greens for a vitamin suppliment conglu/chondrotin for joint repair ( i have bad rotator cuffs and knees) wild salmon oil pills for omega3 creakic nanoX9 (workout day) l-argenine ethel ester, for vascular delivery of no2 muscle milk combined with whey isolate (post workout) for recovery lipo6x fat burner i am no expert, i am a 38 yr old guy trying desparatly to get his youth back, gain lean mass while reducing fat and live to see my kids grow up, this system has been working for me for 18 weeks, i have lost 30lbs and added almost 2 inches to my bi-cep

I'm stacking BSN's NO-XPLODE, CellMass, and Axis-HT, and LOVING it. I've seen huge amounts of increase in endurance and strength. This is only my first week and I can notice changes that I hadn't before when I worked out natural for 6 weeks straight. I take GNC's MASS XXX as a protein shake but its really a weight gainer. If you want to spend about 150 bucks for an awesome combo, try that IMO. Age: 19 6'0'' 180lbs.
