ok, yes i am a newbie and this is my first post on here so you can look at it how ever you want but thats besides the point.

I am currently on No-xplode and i jus bought muscle milk this weekend

I take 2 - 2 1/2 scoops before i work out and its great but the next morning my whole body feels like its going to fall apart which is why i bought muscle milk protein

Also i would like to lose the extra fat that i have.

Now my question is, Muscle Milk contains L-Glutamine in the indgredients ... but you are not supposed to take more then 10 grams of it or else it will diminish the effects of the No-xplode .. does anyone know how much L- Glutamine is in muscle milk or if i should be taking it,? will it lessen the results of the Noxplode?  .. When is the best time for me to be taking it? after my workout and before bed or just before bed?

P.s - i am planning to buy Nitrix 360 capsules ... would it be okay to stack this with No Xplode?

Personally i only use no-xplode so taht i have that extra boost while i workout.  And for the Nitrix it works great, but everyone has mixed results cuss of body types i would buy the 180 capsule one just to test it out and see if it works for u.. And good luck.

Yea thats wut ive heard but i wanted to test it out and see if its true ya kno .. ya that is a good idea dont wanna waste money ...

but still .... anythin on the muscle milk being taken while on no xplode? =/

if you take your no xplode shake 30 minutes b4 you work out, and then take your protien shake right after work outs.. and one before bed.. you shouldnt be getting more than 6-7 grams of glutamien... you should be straight to do that.. check to see how much glutamien per scoop is in it tho.
