ok, yes i am a newbie and this is my first post on here so you can look at it how ever you want but thats besides the point. I am currently on No-xplode and i jus bought muscle milk this weekend I take 2 - 2 1/2 scoops before i work out and its great but the next morning my whole body feels like its going to fall apart which is why i bought muscle milk protein Also i would like to lose the extra fat that i have. Now my question is, Muscle Milk contains L-Glutamine in the indgredients ... but you are not supposed to take more then 10 grams of it or else it will diminish the effects of the No-xplode .. does anyone know how much L- Glutamine is in muscle milk or if i should be taking it,? will it lessen the results of the Noxplode? .. When is the best time for me to be taking it? after my workout and before bed or just before bed? P.s - i am planning to buy Nitrix 360 capsules ... would it be okay to stack this with No Xplode?
