OK heres the deal, im 16 years old weigh 200 im 5 feet about 11 inches tall. Bench: 205lbs. Squat: 285lbs. Deadlift: 315lbs. Clean: 170lbs. I work out 3 days a week in my school weight room we use the BFS (Bigger-Faster-Stronger) program I want to begin taking Supplements before and after i lift. I am thinking of taking No-Explode before I work out and after I work out I will take Cell-Mass. I would like to increase the weigth in all my excercises.. I am looking for input on what I should do to improve and if you think my supplement idea are good ones I have done my research and have heard alot of good input about both cell mass and no explode..I would gladly accept any input or ideas that will help me out. Thanks

Creatine - Just take a gallon of water in a day with it. Gakic - Its new, but I have read 10% increase in strength from experienced lifters. And that is right away, an instant increase. I've never tried it though because it is pricey. But I have heard only good about it. Protein/Food - Nothing helps like eating and getting your calories. Take protein shake after your lift. I personally take 3-4 a day.
