Advice for off time? - Monday, September 26, 2005 4:31 PM
Ok so I've been eating healthy and working out close to daily, but I was wondering ... Im going to have to not even look at weights for about 3 months(also any other physical demanding activiy) so should i even spend the next few months working at it? Bascially how much of my progress will i lose from 3 months of no lifting, running, or anything else?

ALOT, if you cant have access to weights, at least try basic compound exercises like pushups, squat jumps, etc... try and push large objects etc.. and try and keep your protein intake up.
Aint nothing to It, but to do It.
