Hi, Im 14 and ive decided to give body building a try, but i really dont know where to start. I can spare about an hour each day (weekdays), and i have some dumbells (moderately heavy), a cycling machine and a treadmill. Im hoping to not goto the gym at first and rely on independant exersises. Any ideas, suggestion and excersises i can do would be well appreciated.
