 Advice about Muscle Milk.

Advice about Muscle Milk. - Sunday, October 09, 2005 12:24 PM
Hello, I am new to using shakes, never really found myself interested in them always recieved my proteins through the food I eat. However, For the past year I've been working out and haven't been gaining the muscle size I've been wanting. I have great cuts for a skinner weight lift. I was wondering how many times should I take muscle milk a day? I bought it today from hearing great feed back.

Depends on your bodyweight. I usually just take 1 gram of protein per pound of weight. Example: I am 180 pounds so I usually take 2 servings before I workout, Sip on 1 serving as I workout, 2 servings after I workout (within 1 hour) and 2 servings before I go to bed (becuase of the anabolic creatine it has in it). which adds up to 160 grams of protein that stuff is expensive so i dont worry about getting exactly 180 I just save the rest. On non workout days I just take 1 serving before i go to bed. I have seen great results from using mm as everyone says but it does burn a hole in your pocket incase you havnt found out already.
