Marc your a beast. i thought you were bigger but its all good. You are a bit pale not too bad though hehe. Smile

I dot get pale, dont know why im half german and other stuff, a bit of indian.

gah marc u weak lil sissy, go lift some weights or somthin, jeez man my grandma has more definition than u....haha man im kiddin, ur pictures show what dedication results in.....u have put on insane muscle mass since ur days of a young whippersnapper. Adding mass takes time and Marc's pic show that it just takes hard work and dedication to ur goals....i hope no youth (im 18 im still youth haha) question his comments or advice because the pics show it all.............aight marc u weak fool, go hit the gym or somthin, looks like u have never touched a weight in ur life.
